Alongside academic and university guidance, I offer one-on-one coaching for students who are looking to build stronger internal skills as they navigate school, decisions, and everyday life.
These are structured, goal-based sessions designed to help students become more self-aware, more intentional, and better equipped to handle what comes their way. Rather than focusing only on outcomes, coaching focuses on how students think, approach situations, and make decisions.
In these sessions, we work on skills such as managing academic demands, building effective habits, navigating uncertainty and developing a stronger sense of direction. Students learn practical tools and strategies they can apply independently across different areas of their lives.
My coaching approach is grounded in evidence-based frameworks from psychology, education, and youth development. I am currently completing my ICF certification, and my coaching approach is rooted in structured, research-backed methodologies.
Coaching is a collaborative process. Each student sets clear goals, and sessions are tailored to support progress over time, helping them build skills that extend well beyond school.
This is a growing part of my work within GuideED, with more structured formats and offerings to come.
